Great Falls Manor has a licensed Assisted Living Facility Administrator;
licensed by the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
Residents receive 24 hour supervision from our loving, well trained staff.
Medications administered by trained staff; registered by Virginia Board of Nursing.
All Staff trained in First Aide, C.P.R. and working with the cognitively impaired.
Our staff includes a Registered Nurse.
Our ratio of Direct-care Staff to Residents is 1-4.

Residents enjoy home-cooked meals and snacks, including homemade bread.*
Assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, eating & toileting.
Daily housekeeping and linen service as needed.
Personal laundry service.
Coordination with family and medical team for planning Resident’s care.
Incontinence care; toileting training.*
Activities: At least 14 hours. See Activities page.*
Hairdresser, manicurist, and massage therapist visit by appointment.
Library on site plus access to Great Falls public library.
Use of Computer with Internet access.
